• You or a designated employee uploads, faxes,emails or mails any financial related document, such as a vendor invoice or credit card bill, to Genesis.
• Genesis' accountants will promptly review the information and make the appropriate journal entries in QuickBooks®
• Genesis can provide streamlined receivables and payables processing,check preparation, online bill payment and interfacing with your payroll vendor.
• All documents received by Genesis are converted into electronic form
  (typically Adobe PDF® format) and stored in an electronic filing cabinet.
• Geneis’s Web Portal enables you to access your books, manage your receivables and payables, download reports and access your filing cabinet at any time from any Internet-enabled computer.
